1 pre-wedding consultation (at least 6-8 weeks prior to your wedding)
Unlimited phone calls and emails (to commence 6-8 weeks prior to your wedding)
Creation of your wedding day timeline and fully comprehensive itineraries for all your suppliers
Confirming all your final details with the appropriate suppliers prior to your wedding
ON THE WEDDING DAY
Coordinating and assisting with your venue set up
Set-up of all your wedding accessories, including your guest book, table plan, place cards and favours
The point of contact for all your suppliers and your venue
Assisting your family, wedding party and guests as needed
Wedding day coordination and management
On hand with an emergency wedding kit just in case
Dealing with any unforeseen hiccups
Directing all parts of your wedding, including the ceremony and the speeches
Unlimited time on-site allowing you to enjoy every moment of your wedding day without having to worry about a thing
Additional on-site days prior to your wedding and after your wedding
Additional assistants required on the day
Post wedding day jobs, such as item returns
Fees are dependent on the work involved and level of support required. This service usually starts 6-8 weeks prior to your big day. Fees start from £950.

My venue has an event coordinator, do I need your services too?
There is a huge misconception that a Venue Coordinator is the same as a Wedding Planner. Unfortunately, that’s just not true.
A Venue Coordinator works for the venue whilst a Wedding Planner works for you!
A Wedding Planner, will manage and coordinate all your deliveries, ensure that everything is set-up exactly to the way you want, manage the running of the day and break it all down in the evening, making sure that everything is packed correctly ready for collection. Whereas a Venue Coordinator, may take deliveries, but it’s not their job to manage them and coordinate with the suppliers, nor is it their job to set-up all your decor, break it all down or make sure the best man is ready for his speeches.

Where in the UK do you offer your services?
I’m based in Greater London and cover the home counties, so, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Essex, Kent, Surrey and Sussex.
However, if you are looking for something further afield then I’m more than happy to travel.
Will you be there on the day?
Definitely! After all that planning and getting to know you, there’s no way that I would miss it!
Plus I need to be there to make sure everything comes together, the set-up is exactly as we’ve planned and the whole day runs smoothly making sure that everyone is where they need to be and when. I’ll even be there to make sure that everything is packed away and ready for collection!
We're having a marquee wedding and have booked all our suppliers, it is necessary to hire you for Wedding Day Management?
In short, most definitely! Having a marquee wedding whether it be a home, a family member’s house, a friend’s or even on the venue you’ve booked’s land, there is a lot of work that’s involved in the set-up and the breakdown as well as the general running of the day.
Instead of you having to worry about scheduling deliveries and making sure that everything has arrived, that everyone has the right access, setting everything up and clearing everything up on the night, why not let me deal with all of that so you can enjoy your big day as you should!
I would like to amend what's included in our package, is that possible?
Definitely! Let me know what you wish to add or remove and I will update your proposal and send this across for your perusal.
What is the payment process? Can we split it up into part payments, so we don't have to pay everything all in one go?
Of course, you can! Please find below my payment process:
You must make an advance payment of 40% of the total Fee. This is to reserve your date and must be paid upon signing of your contract. Please note that this is non-refundable.
The next payment which is 40% of the total Fee is due 12 weeks prior to your wedding date.
The remaining balance of the total Fees (20%) is then payable 4 weeks prior to your wedding date.
The full payment must be settled before your wedding day.
We want to book! What do we do next?
Yay!!! That’s super exciting! Next step is to let me know. I will then send you the Terms and Conditions to sign (a copy is attached in this proposal), which I will require back within 7 days along with the 40% non-refundable deposit. This then means your date is all booked in.
Then 10 weeks prior to your wedding date, I will contact you to confirm a time and date for our first consultation, which will take place 6-8 weeks prior to your wedding date.
At our consultation, we will meet at the venue you are getting married, and we will go through every detail of your wedding, creating an action plan, whilst handing over everything I need for your special day.
