PRE-PARTY DAY
  • Guide through the entire process

  • Unlimited meetings, phone calls and emails

  • Detailed planning structure & plan

  • Establishing priorities

  • Budget and financial management

  • The perfect venue search (if applicable)

  • Full supplier sourcing, negotiations and management throughout

  • Review of all contracts

  • Creation and execution of the styling and décor including inspiration boards

  • Assistance in ordering, stuffing and sending invitations

  • RSVP management for all guests

  • Table Plan management (if applicable)

  • Coordinating accommodation, transportation and childcare for your guests (if applicable)

  • General advice and consultation

  • Finding the perfect attire for you and your partner

  • Creation of the event timeline and fully comprehensive itineraries

  • Attendance at all supplier and venue meetings (if applicable)

  • Confirming all final details with the appropriate suppliers prior to the day

  • Coordinating and assisting with the setup & breakdown

  • The point of contact for all suppliers and the venue

  • On hand with an emergency party kit just in case

  • Dealing with any unforeseen hiccups

  • Unlimited time on-site allowing you to celebrate every moment without having to worry about a thing

INVESTMENT

My Party and Event Planning service will cost a percentage of your overall budget spend with a minimum fee.

PROCESS

01.

CONSULTATION

The beginning part of our journey will start with an initial consultation. This is for us to get to know each other and for us to discuss the details of what you’re looking for.

We’ll delve deeper into you – your style, your personality, your character, your priorities and your needs, wants and no-nos for your celebration. We’ll use this meeting to construct the foundations of your celebration!

02.

BUDGET & FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT

With your budget in mind, I’ll break everything down, allocate your spending priorities, update everything regularly and ensure that your budget is completely transparent.

THE PERFECT VENUE

I’ll find the perfect venue for your party (or the perfect marquee), in line with your style and your budget, and be your liaison, making sure everything is communicated across within the given timeframes.

ITINERARIES

I’ll compile fully comprehensive itineraries for all suppliers and the venue (if applicable) and ensure that everyone is fully aware of what they have to do and when.

DETAILED PLAN & TIMELINE

I’ll create your master plan of what needs to be done and when in order for me to ensure that everything is done in perfect time.

STYLING &
DESIGN

Taking into account your style, your character and your likes and dislikes, I’ll help you design and style your party with you at the centre.

RSVP &
GUEST
MANAGEMENT

I’ll handle and coordinate all your RSVPs, making sure that everyone replies when required to and ensure that everything is communicated to the venue and/or caterer.

I’ll be there every step of the way ensuring that not only is your planning journey an easy and effortless one but also fun and memorable.

I’ll source and book your dream team of suppliers, perfectly in line with your design, with yourselves and with your budget.

I’ll be there to manage the full set-up of your celebration, making sure that everything is perfect and where it should be, as well as managing deliveries and arranging collections.

Armed with my emergency party kit (which has everything you could possibly need), I’ll be there from the time we’re allowed access to the venue up until the last guest departs and the last empty bottle is thrown away.

I’ll be the main point of contact for all your suppliers and your guests, ensuring that you are free to enjoy your special day without you or any member of your family having to worry about a thing!
