My idea of a perfect celebration is one where you are surrounded by amazing people who adore you and who you adore; in beautiful gorgeous settings and surroundings; with copious amounts of mouth-watering food, amazing wine and great music.

UKAWP

I’m a proud member of the UKAWP, which is the UK Alliance of Wedding Planners, the leading industry body for the UK wedding industry. Membership with the UKAWP is not a paid to be listed alliance but based on the ability to meet their high standards.

As a member, I follow a strict code of ethics, which will give you peace of mind in the knowledge that I’ve been vetted, that I’m a professional, that I’m well trained, that I’m continuously investing in myself and that you can trust me.

· Respond to enquiries within 48 hours
· Respect client confidentiality
· Disclose any suppliers I have a vested interest in
· Pass discounts and/or commission onto clients
· Ensure my Public Liability insurance is up to date
· Never give client details to any third party not involved with the wedding
· Respect copyright from fellow wedding professionals
· Represent each client fairly and honestly
· Use legally sound business contracts with clients

CREATIVE

Before hospitality, I studied Art & Design and Graphic Design at university. I love being creative and bringing to life ideas. Having designed wedding stationery before, as well as in-house advertising and marketing materials, you can be confident that I can transform your vision into a reality.

FUN

Every part of this process is an experience for you and there’s no way that I would continue to do this, if it wasn’t fun for me and if I couldn’t make it fun for you. Be prepared to laugh a lot!

GREAT WITH NUMBERS

The one thing I’ve always loved about numbers is that there’s a right answer and there’s a wrong answer – there’s no grey area. Nothing thrills me more than a good old excel spreadsheet, which is perfect when assisting you with your budget and financial management.

ORGANISED & METICULOUS

I’m overly organised, which is a skill I greatly possess. To give you an idea of how organised I am, one year I organised and managed 36 weddings and over one Christmas, I organised 200 events within 4 weeks. As you can imagine, it was a very busy time! So, you can be totally confident that I’ll get everything done as and when required, but I will also make you feel that you are the only one, I’m working with.

I thrive under pressure and love a deadline. You can trust that I’ll be the calming presence when needed but stern when required.

I have over 10 years of experience organising weddings and events. Working within venues as well has allowed me to know how it all works behind the scenes and build up a good network of great suppliers and people alike.

I’m a firm believer that there’s always something else you can learn, so I am continuously attending workshops and training sessions, to better myself, to grow and increase my knowledge. I believe in investing in myself, to become a better person not only in business but personally too!
